POWERBIM is a SaaS platform, with a pricing model based in data consumption by the functionalities we offer for unlimited projects, in such way that our costumers have the control of the usage of the platform at any moment.

Take control of the usage of the platform

Admin and editor users will be able to turn on/off , or to schedulle the use of the dedicated cloud server that executes the processes related to data, so they can control the usage and costs of the platform at any moment. Admin will be able to visualize the real usage of the platform divided by services, this will help to take decisions about the optimization of the platform specially useful for large amounts of projects and data.

Unlimited users and projects

Yes we allow unlimited users and projects, since POWERBIM is an Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) integration, all users with accessibility to an ACC project can be users of a POWERBIM project. The ACC account admin will control which projects are activated in POWERBIM and which users will access. With the simplest license for ACC – Autodesk Docs (that we can provide together with POWERBIM licenses) companies will have a complete DigitalTwin Platform to manage the lyfecicle of the ACC Projects trough data science applied to your BIM projects.

DigitalTwin Dimensions, not oversized modules

We do not believe in a modular package of services in where, at the end, companies pay for oversized services, that are forced to contract for just one project. Our team belongs to AECO sector, so we understand what is the need: Each project is different, there are featured BIM projects in where we will need to create a complete DigitalTwin for all BIM dimensions, 4D/5D data for time and cost, real time BMS / EMS and CAFM integrations to take control of the maintenance of the assets and GIS smartcity data, great !, but being frankly, this project will be 1 of 100 with good luck. This means that digitaltwins cannot be used for the rest of projects ? we answer yes we can.

Because each project is different and evolving, admin users will be able to unlock dimensions for each project, (for companies that contracted dimensional integrations in a pilot project) which unlock new functionalities on demand for each one, many projects will start with 2D/3D dimensions only in design stage, others will evolve to a coordinated 4D/5D model and for some of them we wil need to unlock all digitaltwin potential with 6D dimension.

Just pay for editor users and data resources unlocked by them

POWERBIM is a data science digitaltwin platform that depends on data usage and this usage is what we charge to customers, the way to simplify the calculation of data by company is assigning 10h of data usage b y editor user, and we have calculated that for a medium sized company 5 editor users (50h usage by month) is enough for most of the cases. The 50h are able to use by all the users (editors and guests) and admin will monitor data usage.

To start the subscription mode, companies need to contract a pilot project first based in their scope.

In POWERBIM there are 3 types of users / roles:

• admin users: by default admin users match with the Autodesk Construction Cloud account admin, so this user is reponsible to activate POWERBIM projects from ACC, to activate dimensions and to assign roles to accesing users.
• editor users: each editor user otorgates 10h/month of dedicated server usage for all company, an editor can create data repors and templates. So editors can manage the projects for customers.
• guest users: have acces to POWERBIM data insights in read-only mode, if servers are turned on. Guests are consuming hours of dedicated server but they don’t need a POWERBIM license.

All user will need first an acces to Autodesk Construction Cloud platform in the simplest license, which is Autodesk Docs, that our team can provide together with POWERBIM licenses.
