de superficie para viviendas, oficinas, locales comerciales y entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Groupe NOX; contratado por Colliers International para esta fase, subcontrata los servicios BIM a nuestro equipo de profesionales, quienes han demostrado gran implicaci\u00f3n y esfuerzo en el cumplimiento de las exigencias del proyecto, coordinando reuniones con el cliente, viajes y procesos de coordinaci\u00f3n Esta herramienta ha sido muy \u00fatil para monitorizar la evoluci\u00f3n del proyecto desde la gesti\u00f3n de datos.<\/p>\n<p>POWERBIM automatiza la extracci\u00f3n de datos de los componentes del modelo seg\u00fan sus propiedades; niveles, zonas, sistemas de clasificaci\u00f3n, entre otros, de forma interactiva y sin necesidad de utilizar una estaci\u00f3n de trabajo o softwares complejos. Y COORDINACI\u00d3N BIM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En muy poco tiempo, tuvimos que afrontar un proyecto muy complejo, en el que deb\u00edamos que coordinar los sistemas MEP que estabamos desarrollando, con el resto de disciplinas; como la estructura, la cual tambien estaba terminando de definirse, al mismo tiempo que deb\u00edamos preservar inalterado el gran dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico propuesto por el arquitecto Rafael de la Hoz en la fase previa.
